Position Summary The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided based on the development and execution of world class systems and processes. This position plays an integral role as the interface between the customer and internal logistics, production planning and sales personnel. The primary objective is to ensure that each customer experiences easy and hassle-free ordering, product delivery, invoicing and responses to inquiries. For internal departments, this role ensures that customer orders, near term demand forecasts and billing information are as accurate and timely as possible. Key Responsibilities Embody and promote company’s core values (Integrity, Growth and Resilience). Customer Orders & Inquiries – ensure customer orders are received and processed accurately and efficiently. Customer Contracts, Pricing & Disputes – develop & manage an effective customer database of customer details, pricing & contract terms and related information to ensure the highest levels of service and “right-first-time” invoices. Occasional back-up for Logistics Coordinator - develop an excellent working relationship with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure the highest levels of customer service and shipment/delivery performance. Administration, Systems & Continuous Improvement - adhere to and assist in developing World Class processes and procedures to ensure the highest levels of customer service. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 3–5 years’ customer service experience (food manufacturing preferred) ERP/MRP experience (Business Central an asset) Strong Excel and analytical skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative We thank all applicants for their interest in Mariposa Dairy.
