A well-established and growing investment firm is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their Vancouver team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and enjoys supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role sits at the heart of investor operations and works closely with business development, investor relations, and external partners. What You’ll Be Doing Act as a key point of contact for advisors, dealers, and investors, responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner Support business development and wholesaling teams with account administration and reporting Prepare and process documentation related to investment purchases, redemptions, and distributions Maintain accurate investor records and ensure all transactions are completed in line with policies and compliance requirements Monitor and manage incoming communications and documentation Assist with registered plans and investor account administration Contribute to process improvements and support ongoing policy maintenance Participate in industry events and company initiatives as needed What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of administrative experience (financial services, banking, investments, or insurance preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and a professional, outgoing approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) CRM experience (Maximizer or similar) is an asset
