We are looking for a Coordinator, Marketing and Events ready to our brand, engage our members, and deliver exceptional events that strengthen our community across Canada. About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Events and Partnerships, the Member Services Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for members, students, candidates, and stakeholders for various provincial institutes. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional member support, coordinating membership processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting programs and events, and contributing to member engagement initiatives that strengthen the value of membership. What You’ll Do: Membership Administration · Serve as the primary contact for membership inquiries, applications, renewals, upgrades, and member support. · Process new memberships, renewals, transfers, and membership changes in a timely manner. · Maintain accurate member records within Supply Chain Canada’s CRM platform. · Monitor membership status, renewal dates, and engagement metrics. · Generate regular membership reports, dashboards, and analytics for national leadership and stakeholders. · Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data management standards. Membership Recruitment & Growth · Support the development and execution of membership growth strategies for assigned institutes (Ontario and Quebec at this time). · Identify and engage prospective members from supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, transportation, manufacturing, and related industries. · Conduct outreach campaigns through email, phone, social media, and industry events. · Track membership acquisition activities and conversion rates. Member Retention & Engagement · Develop and implement member retention strategies to improve renewal rates. · Coordinate renewal campaigns and member outreach activities. · Facilitate member onboarding and orientation programs. · Promote member benefits, professional development opportunities, certifications, networking events, and volunteer opportunities. · Gather member feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the member experience. Institute Support & Stakeholder Relations · Act as the liaison between the Supply Chain Canada's national office and the assigned institute branches. · Support executives, committees, and volunteers with membership-related activities. · Assist in the development and execution of Institute strategic initiatives. · Foster strong relationships with members, sponsors, educational institutions, and industry partners. Event & Program Coordination · Support in the coordination membership-related events, networking sessions, educational programs, webinars, and conferences. · Support marketing team with member communications related to institute activities and events. Communications · Support the marketing team to distribute membership communications, newsletters, renewal notices, and engagement campaigns. · Support bilingual communications where required. Data Analysis & Reporting · Monitor membership trends, demographics, retention rates, and engagement metrics. · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual membership reports. · Analyze membership data to identify growth opportunities and member needs. · Provide recommendations to improve membership performance and branch engagement. Board and Committee Administration Develop annual Board meeting schedules. Coordinate meeting logistics, including virtual and in-person meetings. Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting packages, briefing materials, and supporting documentation. Attend Board meetings and provide procedural guidance as required. Record, prepare, and maintain accurate meeting minutes and action item logs. Track and monitor completion of Board decisions and follow-up actions. Support Board recruitment, nomination, and election processes. Coordinate Board orientation and onboarding programs for new directors. Maintain Board membership records. What you Bring: Education · Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Association Management, or a related field. · Association management certification is considered an asset. Experience · 2–5 years of experience in membership services, customer success, association management, non-profit administration, or stakeholder engagement. · Experience working with professional associations, industry organizations, or member-based organizations is preferred. · Experience coordinating events is an asset. Skills & Competencies · Strong customer service and relationship management skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. · Strong organizational and project coordination skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across two provincial branches. · Proficiency with CRM or Association Management Systems. · Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. · Data analysis and reporting capabilities. · Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Language Requirements · Bilingualism (English and French) is required · Ability to communicate professionally with members in both Ontario and Quebec. Ready to Apply?
