About the Opportunity
Our client, a highly respected investment organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished administrative professional who has supported executives and/or teams and is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and enjoy managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional administrative support. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and the opportunity to build on your executive support experience within a respected organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and other business documents.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring schedules and logistics run seamlessly.
- Manage competing priorities, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and proactively identify solutions.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization while serving as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support departmental initiatives, special projects, and events while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting executives, senior leaders, and/or teams within a corporate environment.
- Experience managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, processing expenses, and providing day-to-day administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished approach.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
