About the role

We are seeking a Financial Planning Documentation & Data Support Specialist for a 1-month contract to support a busy financial planning team by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and organization of client financial planning documentation and data.

What You'll Do Review completed financial plans and generate professional, client-ready PDF reports. Ensure financial planning documents are complete, accurate, and properly formatted before finalization. Maintain structured electronic filing systems and apply consistent file naming conventions. Upload and organize finalized documents in designated cloud-based storage locations. Compare client information across financial planning platforms to identify discrepancies, missing details, or data gaps. Update and validate client data to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems. Communicate and escalate incomplete or inconsistent information to the appropriate team members.

What We're Looking For Experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning support, operations, administration, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working with Microsoft Office and cloud-based file management systems such as OneDrive. Familiarity with financial planning software, including Voyant and Planworth, is considered an asset. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and confidentiality.
