Role Overview

As a valued member of the Imaging Team, the Information Processing Clerk will be responsible for the accurate digitization, indexing, and quality control of organizational records. This role combines document imaging, high-volume data entry, and robust quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and compliance with the project’s Statement of Work standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Remain punctual and timely with all tasks within the established Imaging Processes
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across systems and databases
  • Perform high-volume data entry while meeting accuracy and productivity targets
  • Validate entered data against source documents for completeness and correctness
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information in compliance with privacy policies
  • Conduct detailed quality checks on scanned documents and entered data
  • Identify, investigate, and correct discrepancies or errors
  • Perform regular audits of records to ensure compliance with data standards
  • Support continuous improvement of data quality processes and workflows
  • Achieve daily targets as set out in the Project Delivery Schedule
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve project goals
  • You may be required to visit a customer's location to collect and retrieve file boxes.
  • Seek to eliminate waste and determine newer and more efficient ways to implement against a Statement of Work
  • Adhere to the policies, procedures, and privacy guidelines identified for both WCD and the project

Qualifications

Education

  • High School diploma or GED

Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of computers and office equipment, (scanners, imaging systems, and OCR technology)
  • Fast and accurate typing / data entry skills
  • Understanding of data validation and quality control practices
  • Previous experience working in an Imaging Service Bureau is considered an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize tasks
  • Effective written and verbal fluency in English
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working closely with others to achieve common goals/targets
  • Natural ability to solve problems
  • Strives to find better ways to achieve improved performance
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Occasional lifting of document boxes up to 50 lbs.

Current Shift Openings:
Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon. – Fri.)

Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Mon. - Fri.)

Contract Length

  • 6 months
