About the Role H&H Ontario Pharmacy is building the future of direct-to-patient healthcare in Canada. Our mission is to make personalized healthcare more accessible by delivering an exceptional patient experience from consultation through delivery. We're looking for a Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team in North York. In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and on time by supporting the day-to-day fulfillment operations of our pharmacy. This is a hands-on position focused on inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, packing, and warehouse organization. While you'll work in a licensed pharmacy environment, this role is primarily centered on fulfillment and logistics rather than prescription preparation or dispensing. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and is motivated by playing an important role in delivering a great patient experience. Work Environment Full-time, onsite position based in North York, Ontario Fast-paced warehouse and pharmacy environment Requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving inventory throughout the day Collaborative team environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency You Will Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory Pick, pack, and prepare patient orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while meeting established service levels Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow established pharmacy procedures, safety standards, and company policies Support the team with general warehouse and operational tasks as needed You Have Experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team Strong work ethic with a reliable and dependable approach Fluency in English Previous pharmacy experience is considered an asset We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging.
