Job Description Under the direction of the General Manager, Freehand Restaurant is seeking a Business Operations Administrator. What you will be doing as a Business Operations Administrator: Managing tip distribution; Prepare periodic report building and tracking as needed; Managing item requests, menu costing updates, and commissary transfer processes; Entering BOH / FOH invoices into OC, collaborate with finance on missing invoices, and; Assist in reconciliation of OC with SAGE systems; Such other similar or related duties as may be required from time to time. The person we are looking for has: Previous experience in the areas of accounting and food and beverage; Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to maintain positive relationships; Effective precise communicator with verbal and written communications; Exemplary understanding of and commitment to confidentiality; Someone with the ambition to grow their skillset and learn from our experienced team of professionals.
