Reporting to the Logistics team, the Administrative Technician – Logistics andT axable Benefitse oversees fuel card tracking and employee travel logs. They collect and validate data related to taxable benefits in compliance with CRA and Revenu Québec requirements. The role involves collaborating with key teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and audit-ready processes.
What you will do
Ensure the collection, validation, and tracking of travel logs for fuel card holders, including identifying discrepancies and updating the non-compliance log. Compare declared mileage with fuel card transactions to verify accuracy and follow up with employees as needed. Apply current rules for taxable benefit calculations, perform required calculations, and submit data to Payroll within established deadlines. Maintain proper filing, archiving, and traceability of records related to logs and calculations. Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic support regarding travel logs and fuel card usage. Update tracking files, produce simple reports, and enter data into internal systems. Contribute to the development and improvement of the digital platform used for data collection and processing.
This role could be for you if you have
Hold a college or university diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field. Have 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or compliance role. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and office software. Show a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data processing. Be able to manage a high volume of files. Possess strong communication skills. Demonstrate autonomy and strong organizational abilities.
