JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation $55,700 - $104,600 Purpose This position Supervises the Routing and Delivery Service Centre(DSC) analyst team by supporting all Canadian Support Centre DSC activities. Additional responsibilities include data validation, report creation, some data entry and creating communications. Responsibilities Organizes and manages workflow of Routing & DSC, Syntelic, Sysco Transportation System (STS), Verizon and Roadnet. Provides support to the Operations team in an accurate and timely manner. Data entry and report generation for the DSC, Routing and Transportation Teams. Prepare general communications for distribution within the operations (dispatching times etc.). Assist in safety reporting, data entry, KPI tracking, and investigations. Collaborate in providing coaching and recommendations on disciplinary actions for corrective measures where required. Participate in the delivery of data for disciplinary actions as required. Support in Routing of daily delivery trucks and vacation coverage as needed. Assist with timecard investigations related to on-time delivery requirements. Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor. Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met. Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsabilités Organiser et gérer le flux de travail du routage et du CDS, Syntelic, du système de transport Sysco (STS), Verizon et Roadnet. Effectuer la saisie de données et la production de rapports pour le CDS ainsi que pour les équipes de routage et de transport. Préparer des communications générales pour diffusion au sein des opérations (heures de répartition, etc.). Aider à la production de rapports en matière de sécurité, à la saisie de données, au suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et aux enquêtes. Collaborer à la prestation de coaching et à la formulation de recommandations concernant les mesures disciplinaires correctives, au besoin. Participer à la préparation des données liées aux mesures disciplinaires, au besoin. Appuyer le routage quotidien des camions de livraison et assurer la couverture des vacances au besoin. Aider aux enquêtes sur les feuilles de temps liées aux exigences de livraison à temps. Travailler de manière sécuritaire avec un impact environnemental minimal et comprendre l’importance de signaler immédiatement tout danger, incident ou déversement environnemental à son superviseur. Respecter les politiques et procédures de Sysco en matière de salubrité des aliments afin d’assurer la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité. Comprendre qu’il/elle joue un rôle essentiel dans sa propre sécurité et celle de ses collègues et être prêt(e) à s’exprimer en présence de dangers. Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
