Account Manager – Promotional Products
About the role
Stitchy Lizard is a promotional products company based in Toronto. With over 20 years in business, we are dedicated to delivering creative promotional products and exceptional service.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Account Manager / Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service. You’re driven to follow up on quotes, close sales, and go the extra mile for clients, while also contributing ideas and feedback to support company growth.
Responsibilities: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Prepare quotes, write up orders, and convert them into sales Upsell products and guide clients to the best solutions Source products and calculate pricing Enter quotes, orders, and invoices into our system Process payments and follow up on orders Serve customers at the front counter
Qualifications: Experience in sales and/or customer service (promotional products an asset) Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with email, and comfortable learning new software (graphics programs an asset) Strong problem-solving and basic math skills, attention to detail required Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently and on a team Eager to learn and confidently present products to clients
