About the role

A career in Capital Markets at National Bank means actively contributing to a transformation that has a direct impact on our clients. As a Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the FICC, Equities, Governance and Administration teams.

We are seeking a candidate for our Montreal trading floor who will support our teams and collaborate proactively on various initiatives. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for delivering effective administrative support to the trading floor by performing a variety of tasks autonomously and contributing to the optimisation of processes and activities.

Your client-service mindset, resourcefulness, and strong team spirit will be key assets to your success in this role.

Your role:

Provide administrative and organisational support to teams and managers Coordinate various activities, events, projects, and initiatives while helping manage day-to-day priorities Support the onboarding and integration of new employees Contribute to operational efficiency through needs analysis and continuous process improvement

Ideal profile:

Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and collaboration tools

Sense of initiative, autonomous, proactive, and excellent collaborative approach

Open-minded, curious, and inclusive

Strong ability to evolve in a continuously changing environment

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with often very tight deadlines

Good oral and written communication skills

Good organizational skills, attention to details and priority management

Strong teamwork skills

Data management; accounting and Industry experience would be considered an asset
