Office Leadership & Operations You'll help create an organized, efficient, and engaging workplace by: · Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative functions · Coordinating office supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships · Planning company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities · Managing travel and accommodation arrangements · Monitoring office expenses, invoices, and budgets · Acting as the primary point of contact for office-related matters · Maintaining office policies, procedures, and best practices · Supporting leadership with special projects and initiatives · Creating a professional, positive, and productive work environment Human Resources Partnership You'll play an important role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with RGA by: · Coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, and interviews · Supporting onboarding and new hire orientation programs · Managing offboarding processes and conducting exit interviews · Assisting with the development and maintenance of job descriptions · Maintaining employee records and HR documentation · Coordinating payroll administration and benefits enrollment · Drafting employment-related letters and correspondence · Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture · Assisting with performance management and employee development initiatives · Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies · Contributing to HR programs, policies, and strategic initiatives as the organization continues to grow ---- DISCLAIMERS ----- This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Highspring’s client. Having said that Vaco by Highspring believes that the salary range referenced reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position.
