The Administrative Support Clerk role supports all departments in Wealth Operations. This role manages and distributes all incoming electronic documents, sorts and delivers incoming and outgoing cheques, and is responsible for the distribution of daily reports

How You Will Create Impact

Manage all electronic documents received in OnBase via mail, faxes and emails; index and assign to appropriate individuals/departments Manage the Individual Wealth & Group Retirement email inboxes and upload processing and fulfillment requirements into OnBase Prepare and distribute cheques for Individual Wealth and Group Retirement departments Complete and update bad address statuses for all returned mail for various Wealth Operations departments Receive, review and distribute various daily reports to staff in Individual Wealth & Group Retirement departments Proof and upload relative documents to SharePoint, portals and web postings. Cross train within the Wealth Operations department to provide assistance as required Maintain daily contact and communications to meet internal department’s needs and investigate requests as required

You have 1-2 years experience in the Wealth Management industry You have completion of some post-secondary education You are agile and ability to adapt with changing environment and processes You have excellent organizational skills You have a strong attention to detail You have basic keyboarding skills You are proficient in Microsoft Office

Expected salary range $38,007 – $63,345.

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
