What You'll Do As a PRO Sales & Customer Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they've come to expect. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service by supporting our PRO sales team and customers. Preparing estimates, quotes, and order confirmations while ensuring timely follow-up. Coordinating deliveries and resolving customer concerns, including delivery discrepancies and product returns. Working closely with store teams and shipping departments to ensure products are available and deliveries are completed on time. Assisting with the coordination and tracking of special orders. Entering customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless experience. Communicating inventory requirements that may impact product availability and customer fulfillment. Continuously learning about new products and developing technical knowledge to better support customers. Collaborating with team members across the organization in the best long-term interests of Payzant Building Products. Performing other related duties and special projects as required. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent phone etiquette and professional written communication. A customer-first mindset with a commitment to timely follow-up and problem resolution. Confidence, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and customer information. Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Experience or training related to the steel stud and drywall industry would be considered a strong asset, but it is not required.
