About Peak Health VIP Peak Health VIP, is a private medical clinic formerly Arthritis VIP, is a multi-award-winning private medical clinic recognized nationally and internationally. We specialize in regenerative and functional medicine, providing advanced, non-surgical treatments that help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, optimize hormone health, improve gut health, and regain their quality of life.
The Position We are seeking a hybrid role of Physician Assistant and Receptionist. Must be an International Medical Graduate IMG who is interested in stable, long-term employment. You will be the first and last point of contact for our patients and will help deliver a warm, professional, and organized VIP experience.
Key Responsibilities (Receptionist role) Welcome patients warmly and professionally. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly. Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments. Manage appointment confirmations and the clinic calendar. Assist with intake forms and maintain accurate patient records. Process payments, invoices, and receipts. Follow clinic SOPs, scripts, and checklists consistently. Participate in training and apply feedback promptly.
Key Responsibilities (Physician Assistant) Assist the physician and clinical team with patient care and treatment protocols. Perform IV insertions and blood collection independently. Support with IV preparation and mixing (training provided). Perform and assist with shockwave therapy (training provided).
Qualifications Must be an International Medical Graduate (IMG) with a medical degree. Proven competency in IV insertion and phlebotomy – no training will be provided in these skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively with the medical team. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Energetic.. Coachable, accountable, and willing to learn. Able to follow systems and complete tasks consistently. Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR, and Google Workspace. Seeking a long-term position. This role is not suitable for candidates seeking temporary employment or planning to return to full-time schooling in the near future.
Compensation and Benefits $23–$26 per hour. Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional evenings or Saturdays Extended medical, dental, and vision benefits. Paid vacation. Statutory holidays. Discounted treatments and supplements. Performance-based incentives. Opportunities for training and increased responsibility.
