Duration: 1 Year Contract + Extension & Conversion Possible Schedule: Hybrid 4 Days onsite

Job Description: • The Operations Officer III role provides day-to-day operational support within a credit-focused environment, supporting small business banking processes. • The position involves managing operational workflows, processing credit-related tasks, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities: • Manage daily work volumes and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) • Perform data entry and administrative tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and risk guidelines • Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external solicitors • Support credit processing for small business products end-to-end • Contribute to team productivity and assist with process improvements or small projects • Ensure reliability in attendance and performance metrics (quality, productivity, partnerships)

Experience: • 3–5 years of relevant operational or administrative experience • Experience in banking or credit processing environments preferred • Strong background in data entry and administrative support roles • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Skillsets: • Strong data entry and basic computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Good judgment and problem-solving ability • Knowledge of banking or credit operations (nice-to-have) • Bilingual communication skills (nice-to-have)

Education: Post-secondary education required
