Dealer Relations Associate Location: Open to candidates across Canada and the United States; Central Time Zone is preferred but not required. This is a temporary position. The anticipated end date is six months after the start of employment, at which point, an extension will be reviewed. As a Dealer Relations Associate (DRA), you will reflect our culture and mission while acting as an extension of the automotiveMastermind Dealer Relations Team, delivering administrative support across a variety of operational functions. This role is centered on efficiently executing high-volume, repeatable tasks to ensure the timely completion of key processes and to improve overall team productivity. This is a position with a high focus on task-based execution and operational support. It is ideal for individuals who are highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform high-volume administrative tasks such as: Sending and tracking DocuSign agreements Processing system updates (e.g., user setup, data changes) Monitor, coordinate, and manage support tickets, including tracking progress, providing follow-up, and ensuring timely completion and resolution. Maintain accurate records in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce and/or ZenDesk) by entering, updating, and verifying data, ensuring all activities, updates, and transactions are properly documented to support data consistency, visibility, and reporting. Support daily operational workflows by executing recurring processes and delivering administrative support (e.g., discounts, MSRP adjustments, model mapping, user management, trade book adjustments), ensuring timely completion and escalating issues as needed. Assist with data entry and basic reporting by accurately inputting and updating information across systems, and supporting report generation through compiling, reviewing, and organizing data. Provide coverage support during peak periods and employee absences by taking on assigned tasks, maintaining service levels, and ensuring continuity of operations. Minimum Preferences and/or Requirements: 1 year of professional experience (administrative, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint) Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and resolve basic issues Confidence and ability to ask clarifying questions and seek feedback to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency College degree preferred Compensation Information (US Applicants Only): Mobility Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $57,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
