We focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cash reconciliation and verify cash balances when required
- Assist with advertising posting and tracking when necessary
- Update and maintain the company website and social media platforms to ensure accurate and timely content
- Check and reconcile orders and POS payment transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of inventory within the internal system
- Coordinate stock transfers between store locations and ensure accurate recording of all transfers
- Update, maintain, and review office spreadsheets and operational tracking documents for accuracy and completeness
- File, organize, and manage invoices in an orderly and traceable manner
- Support hiring for warehouse unloading staff and coordinate unloading-related manpower as required
- Perform other office-related duties and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email systems
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Fluent in Mandarin is considered an asset

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration
Pay: $18.00 per hour
