POSITION SUMMARY

The Receptionist & Administrative Support is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, and providing general administrative support. This role ensures smooth front-desk operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to clients, employees, and partners.

You will be a central point of contact and contribute directly to the efficiency and image of the organization.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department;

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring requests are handled efficiently;

  • Manage reception area to ensure it remains professional and organized;

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries;

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings;

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation;

  • Support managers and team members with general administrative tasks;

  • Contribute to maintaining a professional, organized, and customer-focused office environment.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administration (experience from internships, retail, or hospitality is considered an asset);

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic office software;

  • Interest in learning new technologies and tools, including AI-powered solutions;

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written); functional English (Bilingualism is an asset);

  • Ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment.
