POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist & Administrative Support is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, and providing general administrative support. This role ensures smooth front-desk operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to clients, employees, and partners.
You will be a central point of contact and contribute directly to the efficiency and image of the organization.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department;

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring requests are handled efficiently;

Manage reception area to ensure it remains professional and organized;

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries;

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings;

Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation;

Support managers and team members with general administrative tasks;

Contribute to maintaining a professional, organized, and customer-focused office environment.
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

1 to 3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administration (experience from internships, retail, or hospitality is considered an asset);

Good organizational skills and attention to detail;

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic office software;

Interest in learning new technologies and tools, including AI-powered solutions;

Fluency in French (spoken and written); functional English (Bilingualism is an asset);

Ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment.
