Director of First Impressions (Front Desk Reception).

Days | Tuesday to Saturday | 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

About The Role

As our Director of First Impressions, you are much more than a receptionist—you are the welcoming face and heart of our community. Every resident, family member, visitor, and team member who walks through our doors will experience your warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

This is a full-time daytime position working Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Perform general reception and administrative duties. Maintain schedules and assist with appointment coordination. Respond appropriately to emergency calls and situations. Support various departments with clerical and organizational tasks. Help foster a positive, engaging, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community.

What You'll Bring

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors.

Qualifications

Education:

Secondary school diploma (required).

Experience

Minimum one year of administrative assistant experience (required). Minimum one year of receptionist experience (required).

Language

Fluent in spoken and written English (required).
