Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Opportunity

We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our customer service department located in our Calgary facility. By supporting the customer service department, you will be responsible for assisting the CSRs in entering, reviewing, and processing orders in a timely, accurate and detailed manner. You will also communicate with different departments including sales, production, design, shipping, and scheduling to ensure orders on being processed on time and our customers are satisfied.

Job Responsibilities

Liaising between the customer, production, sales, and shipping to ensure customers’ orders are produced, shipped, and delivered as per the order. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Processing orders with great accuracy. Requesting tooling and other materials from inside and outside vendors. Ensuring that inventory levels are managed effectively. Communicating changes to order timelines internally and externally.

What You Need To Succeed

Manufacturing experience preferred. College/University degree is an asset. Strong team player with strong customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload. Exceptional attention to detail and proven organizational skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thrives and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
