Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically. Document work completed. Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently.
