Maple Tech Space is a product-oriented company with three products running successfully in the Canadian market. Since its launch, it has seen rapid expansion with over 1000 clients in Canada.

Role and Responsibilities • Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process. • Prepare listing agreements and upload property listings for sale or lease on behalf of sellers and landlords. • Prepare and manage all documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring that all required documents are collected from agents and cooperating brokerages before the closing date. • Enter and maintain transaction details in Lone Wolf (deal management and accounting software) and develop proficiency in its features and functionalities. • Provide timely administrative and operational support to real estate agents, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the transaction process. • Coordinate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processing and timely closings. • Maintain accurate transaction records, monitor key deadlines, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Requirements • Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred. • Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have) • 0 to 2 Years of experience in support and coordination. • Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
