About the role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Perform data entry. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?. Are you currently a student?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you have experience working in this field?.
