What you will be doing!
Completing quality checks of documents according to quality assurance checklists to ensure compliance with internal requirements. Organizing, prioritizing, assembling, editing, and formatting technical reports to make them consistent, accurate and valuable. Providing general assistance to staff by issuing and/or filing correspondence. Acting as the main contact to answer routine questions and obtain and provide information to stakeholders within and outside the organization, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Coordinating the storage of records off-site, and researching and retrieving inactive information. Inspecting records periodically to ensure their continued protection. Other duties as assigned by your manager.
What We Are Looking For
Education Secondary school (Grade 12) with 1-2 years of related experience, or a college diploma. Experience One year of related experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe to filter reports, capture documents in PDF format, format documents, prepare them for archival, modify existing procedures, and create flowcharts. Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify discrepancies and errors in document formatting and coding, as well as any inconsistencies in metadata and records. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. Security Clearance Eligibility Required Level 2 Secret requires a minimum of 7 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.” Working Conditions
We have a compressed work week: Four (4) days per week, ten (10) hours per day for a forty (40) hour work week, starting at 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May be required to perform overtime as needed.
