What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams to help them achieve growth and retention goals
  • Manage and respond to internal and external service requests with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong customer-first mindset
  • Maintain and update customer records, new sales data, and account information in CRM systems
  • Support contract administration and renewal processes across client accounts
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries, and PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use
  • Distribute customer onboarding materials and reports in a timely and organized manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Continuously stay informed on products, services, and process updates to deliver knowledgeable support
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the team
  • Play a key role in the successful day-to-day administration of customer accounts

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A collaborative team player who is dedicated to supporting team success
  • Adaptability and openness to new ideas, with a focus on improving processes and efficiency
  • A sense of ownership and accountability for work and outcomes
