About the role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Direct and control daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Schedule and confirm appointments. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Perform data entry. Maintain and manage digital database. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
