RS Breakers & Controls supports customers across Canada and worldwide, including wholesalers, contractors, utilities, government agencies, and industrial clients. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Operations Manager role. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, pricing coordination, and pipeline reporting to support the sales team. This role will monitor inventory and product availability, collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams, and help optimize processes that improve quote turnaround time and delivery performance. The person in this position will analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular operational and performance reports for leadership. The role will also support CRM administration, maintain data accuracy, assist with forecasting, and partner with sales representatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support forecasting and performance reporting. Proficiency in operations management, including process optimization, order management, and coordination with inventory and logistics teams. Customer satisfaction and customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues, supporting the sales team, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or a related role, preferably in electrical equipment or industrial distribution. Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools; advanced Excel or similar skills are an asset. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Post-secondary education in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
