You’ll ensure the right workplace tools and facility supports are ordered, delivered, coordinated and tracked so teams can work effectively. Collaborating with employees, leaders, internal teams and vendors, you’ll respond to facility needs, coordinate equipment procurement and delivery, support move or setup-related activities, and contribute to a positive employee experience across FCC offices. If you bring strong customer service, organization, communication and decision-making skills, and you’re interested in a role that blends facilities coordination with workplace technology support, this could be the role for you. What you’ll do Coordinate facility-related requests and workplace support activities across FCC locations, helping employees and teams access the spaces, services and equipment they need Support procurement, ordering and coordination of workplace equipment, including technology-related items such as monitors, printers, meeting room tech and telephony equipment Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to coordinate delivery, installation or setup requirements, resolve issues and keep work moving Review, process and support invoice, vendor management and vendor relations activities Interpret requests, follow established processes and use sound judgment for problem-solving and decision-making when situations can’t be solved by standard step-by-step processes Support move, setup or project-related work when required, including basic equipment coordination and on-site support as part of broader facility initiatives What you’ll bring to the team Required qualifications A diploma, certificate or degree in business administration, information technology, computer technology, computer science or a related field At least two years of experience in administration, customer service, facilities coordination, technology support, equipment coordination, procurement or a related role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Proven customer service skills with the ability to understand needs, ask good questions and deliver practical support to internal partners Experience applying sound judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities Demonstrated strong organization, communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate work with employees, leaders, vendors and distributed teams Ability to work with data, requests and operational details to order the right equipment, coordinate delivery and document activity accurately Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required Preferred qualifications Practical knowledge of facilities principles, vendor coordination, budgeting, forecasting or project coordination Experience in customer-facing, equipment, service desk, operations or administrative environment Familiarity with Microsoft-based systems and common workplace technology Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
