About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures . Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Shift. Flexible hours. Morning. Weekend. Overtime required. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers .
