THE ROLE
We're looking for a friendly, organized receptionist to be the first face our clients and agents see on weekends. You'll keep the front desk running smoothly, support the team with day-to-day tasks, and help maintain the welcoming atmosphere our office is known for. Training is provided for any tools you're not already familiar with.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls clearly and courteously
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform data entry and help maintain client records
- Assist with clerical tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning
- Help prepare real estate documents and support agents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with communications and marketing materials using tools like Canva and Constant Contact
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Reliable transportation to our North York location
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are a strong asset
- 1 year of front desk or administrative experience preferred (not required)
- Secondary school diploma (or higher)

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
