Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Receptionist role located in Montreal, QC. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a welcoming, professional front-desk experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, booking and confirming appointments, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining accurate patient records in the medical office system. The role also involves handling payments, managing correspondence, supporting clinicians with administrative needs, and upholding privacy and confidentiality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver attentive service in a fast-paced clinical setting. Qualifications Strong appointment scheduling and medical office administration skills. Excellent phone etiquette and reception duties, including greeting and directing patients.
