Apply now and find out more about our team. The Role We are currently searching for an Operations Administrator, reporting to the Supervisor. This is a vacancy is a full-time, 18 month contract opportunity.  Candidates will primarily work dayshift but must be available for evenings and weekends as well. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support the overall logistics efficiency.Location Port Coquitlam Distribution CentreWhat You'll Be Doing

Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Effective communication and customer service skills as this position requires direct contact with internal and external customers or third-party carriers
Scheduling inbound and outbound load appointments with flexibility
Investigating and completing customer credit requests
Building load manifests 
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
 

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP systems experience using business process management software Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable Skills Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Compensation Salary range? Yup, we’ve got one: $19.04 - $23.80 CAD per hour. But here’s the real deal - if you’re the perfect brew of experience, skills, and personality, we’re open to exploring beyond the range.
