? Position Overview

We?re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role. You?ll play a key role in coordinating shipments, working with our in house to ensure smooth delivery execution.

No prior experience is required but is a welcomed asset and will be reflected in the salary offered ? just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

? Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch freight shipments across Canada and the U.S.
• Perform track-and-trace duties and provide timely updates to customers
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and confirmations
• Resolve service issues proactively and professionally
• Collaborate with other coordinators and departments to ensure seamless operations
• Establish relationships with customs and carriers

? Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Proficiency with email, Excel, and basic computer functions
• Able to work on-site Monday?Friday at our Vaughan office

? Entry-level applicants are welcome ? we provide full training and support. Logistics experience is helpful but not required.

• Education or coursework in logistics, business, or supply chain
• Previous roles in dispatch, customer service, or administration
• Familiarity with CRM or TMS platforms
