About the role
We are looking for a long-term, reliable, and committed Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, professional, and enjoys working in a client-focused environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk in or contact us.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner, checking them in for appointments, and ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Managing the appointment schedule, booking clients, confirming appointments, and helping maintain a smooth flow throughout the day.
- Answering phone calls, returning calls, responding to inquiries, and communicating with clients in a clear, polite, and professional way.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Processing client payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring transactions are handled accurately.
- Listening to client concerns, questions, or complaints and passing them along to the appropriate team member or manager when needed.
- Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks and helping wherever needed to keep the clinic running efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are very important for this position.
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
