About the role
GoodDoors Property Management is a Saskatchewan-based, SREC-registered brokerage. We're hiring a Saskatoon-based coordinator and administrator to support our licensed property management team. ABOUT THE ROLEStandalone Saskatoon role. You'll coordinate showings, process applications, support tenants and owners, manage vendors, and gather market intelligence under the direction of our licensed PM team in Regina. WHAT YOU'LL DO- Coordinate and host showings across Saskatoon (some evenings/weekends)- Process applications: screening, document prep, e-sign, move-in inspections- Track competing rentals weekly; share market data with our licensed PMs- Meet owners for property walk-throughs and relay info to our PM team- Coordinate maintenance with vendors from intake through completion- Keep tenant records, lease files, and property data clean and current REQUIRED- 1+ year in property management, leasing, real estate, customer service, or comparable work- Valid SK driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage at $0.58/km)- Strong written and verbal communication- Comfort working solo and self-directing your day- Comfort with multiple software tools (PM software, CRM, e-sign, screening)- Eligibility to work in Canada PREFERRED- Experience with Buildium, LeadSimple, ShowMojo, or Property Meld- Local network of Saskatoon contractors, trades, real estate pros- Interest in SREC Stream B licensing (sponsored after 1 year) COMPENSATION- $42,000 to $57,000 per year- Benefits 50/50 cost share at 90 days post-probation- SREC license sponsorship after 1 year successful employment HOW TO APPLYResume and cover letter to keenan.g@gooddoors.comSubject: "Saskatoon Leasing Coordinator - [Your Name]" In your cover letter tell us:1.
