Key Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce. Process orders and invoices accurately and timely Support the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities. Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure a smooth transition for customers. Help with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution. Act as an out-of-office back up for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools. Generate and analyze sales reports, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Experience you'll bring:

1–2-year customer/partner-facing experience Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends
