Are you efficient and detail oriented? Provide effective clerical support to our team so they run smoothly and we can in turn provide the best healthcare possible.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and post staff rotations and schedules. Arrange for relief staff and answer scheduling and timekeeping inquiries. Allocate and call in staff to fill long and short term vacancies. Receive and process vacation, leave of absence and/or terminations. Liaise with the client manager and Human Resources department regarding present and future staff scheduling and timekeeping needs. Assist the Manager with the line and rotation assignment and plotting of orientation shifts for new employees and in tracking and backfilling vacant positions. Maintain related records and documentation such as attendance records, leave requests, and relief staff availability. Maintain equipment and stationary supplies. Prepare correspondence, memos, minutes, agendas, notices, reports, flow charts and spreadsheets. Handle reception duties. Provide scheduling and timekeeping related information to departments. Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Grade 12 and three years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
You Can
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Deal with others effectively. Organize work. Operate related equipment.
