About the Job – HSSE Administrator The HSSE Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) team to ensure the effective coordination of site safety programs, compliance documentation, training records, reporting, and day-to-day administrative functions. Working closely with Operations, HSSE personnel, Project Management, Human Resources, and site leadership, this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Location: Wells, British Columbia Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HSSE Manager and site leadership team. Maintain HSSE documentation, records, and filing systems in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and maintain employee training records, certifications, competency matrices, and orientation documentation. Assist with onboarding activities, ensuring all required HSSE documentation is completed prior to site access. Support the administration of safety meetings, toolbox talks, and committee meetings, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes. Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective action tracking, and document management. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly HSSE reports and performance metrics. Maintain records for inspections, audits, observations, hazard assessments, and regulatory documentation. Coordinate medical surveillance records, fit testing, and other occupational health documentation as required. Support the administration of contractor compliance documentation and prequalification requirements. Assist with maintaining emergency response records, equipment inspection documentation, and training records. Coordinate document control for HSSE procedures, policies, forms, and revisions. Liaise with corporate departments, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project personnel as required. Ensure confidentiality of employee medical, incident, and personnel information. Identify opportunities to improve HSSE administrative processes and document management systems.
