The Position: Reporting to the Supply Chain team, the Logistics Coordinator Co-op is responsible for supporting the movement of goods globally to meet manufacturing and project requirements. Working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customs partners, the Logistics Coordinator Co-op will assist in ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. This role provides hands-on exposure to international logistics, transportation planning, customs processes, and supply chain operations while contributing to the Eclipse Vision and Entrepreneurial Culture. What You'll Be Doing: Logistics & Transportation: Support the coordination of carrier partners, including shipment routing, quoting, scheduling, and tracking activities Assist with the creation and management of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and related transportation records Work with customs brokers to support the timely clearance and release of shipments Support the evaluation and selection of cost-effective transportation solutions Assist in the development and maintenance of transportation and logistics processes Monitor shipment status and help ensure continuity of supply, escalating constraints and delays as appropriate Support the maintenance of strong business relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners Assist with cost reduction initiatives and transportation cost tracking activities Support reverse logistics activities for failed, surplus, or non-required materials Develop an understanding of Eclipse products, supply chain operations, and transportation technologies Stay informed on emerging supply chain and logistics technologies and industry trends Project Execution: Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments while actively participating in team meetings Complete other duties and projects, as assigned Ensure scheduled milestones are met and communicate potential risks or delays Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy Maintain a strong corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse and Accenture Corporate Vision Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation and Accenture Code of Conduct Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business What We're Looking For: Currently enrolled in a University degree or College diploma program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field Strong interest in transportation, logistics, and global supply chain operations Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs processes, or international trade is considered an asset Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle is considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams is considered an asset Committed to continuous improvement and process optimization Professional verbal and written communication skills required Students should be enrolled in a post-secondary academic program requiring a co-op/work term Why Join Us: Here at Eclipse Automation, creation and innovation are at our core, and our culture reflects that.
