About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator at TFI, you'll play a central support role that keeps our sales operations running smoothly and our marketing efforts on track. Working closely with the sales team, you'll manage day-to-day administrative functions ? from generating quotes and sales orders to maintaining CRM data and coordinating customer training. On the marketing side, you'll help bring events to life, from trade shows and open houses to internal gatherings, while keeping our promotional materials and branded merchandise well-stocked and organized. This is a dynamic, detail-oriented role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being the backbone of a team, and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration & CRM

  • Assist in managing and maintaining CRM development in collaboration with sales team.
  • Manage & create sales quote in NAV & share with appropriate parties as directed
  • Generate sales orders.
  • Generate projects in FSM.
  • Open new customer accounts in NAV upon request.
  • Complete all sales administration documents, including quotes, applications, and bookings (i.e. showroom)
  • Create escalations in FSM as needed.
  • Consolidate, maintain, and update sales materials for the team.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Send monthly Renewal Emails
  • Manage Customer Training

Marketing, Event Coordination and Promotional Materials

  • Assist Sales and Marketing Coordinator in the planning, managing, and execution of open houses, trade shows, demos, and internal social events.
  • Assist in generating and maintaining marketing assets, including brochures and sales-related projects.
  • Manage replenishment orders for marketing brochures, business cards, company merchandise, and sponsorship assets.
  • Source, order, and manage TFI-branded merchandise for sales staff.
  • Coordinate inventory replenishment and distribution of marketing materials.

Product Knowledge & Support

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and features offered by the company.
  • Provide internal support for tradeshows and convention planning.
  • Assist the sales team with equipment availability by monitoring and updating the weekly equipment list.

Requirements

Education A high school diploma is required; a college or university diploma/degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience A minimum of 0?1 year of relevant experience is required. Candidates with 1?3 years in B2B sales support, foodservice/hospitality, equipment distribution, or office coordination will be considered strong assets.
