Role Overview
The Safety Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of Triumph’s health and safety program across all divisions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate safety records, supporting ISO/ COR compliance requirements, and ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready.
Success in this role is defined by the accuracy, completeness, and organization of all safety documentation across the business. Audits (ISO/COR) are supported smoothly with minimal deficiencies. Documentation is standardized, accessible, and reliable, enabling strong coordination between Safety, HR, and Operations and supporting the overall effectiveness of the safety program.

What You Bring to the Table
Technical Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or safety support role
- Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is an asset
- Familiarity with ISO standards and/or COR programs is an asset
- Strong organizational and document control skills
- Experience with safety programs (i.e. SALUS) is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and organize all safety documentation including training records, certifications, incident reports, and inspection logs

Support ISO 45001 and/or COR compliance requirements through document control, record keeping, and audit preparation

Track and monitor employee safety certifications, ensuring compliance and timely renewals

Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external safety audits

Upload, manage, and maintain safety data within systems such as BambooHR and Salus

Coordinate safety onboarding documentation for new hires in partnership with HR

Assist with incident reporting documentation and ensure all required forms are completed and filed

Support the creation and formatting of SOPs, safety manuals, and policies

Generate weekly and monthly safety reports for internal stakeholders

Communicate with employees and supervisors to collect missing documentation and ensure compliance
