Job Summary:

The Shipping and Receiving at our Windsor Mold Group Tooling facility will coordinate the shipping and receiving of products. They will process purchase orders for Mold production and general operation management. They will receive inbound shipments and coordinate activity in the shipping department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with order on-time delivery and quality issues
• Verify that shipped items meet quality standards and are packaged correctly to prevent damage.
• Operate crane and forklift safely to move around inventory as required, loading and unloading trucks of their contents
• Unload and receive all inbound shipments from outside suppliers
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials
• Receive all inbound shipments into ERP system
• Crane inspections
• Coordinate courier packaging and shipments
• Move materials from receiving and kitting area
• Keep receiving organized
• Maintain and upkeep the shipping department floor
• Loading of vending machines
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• College business degree or equivalent experience
• Epicor / ERP experience would be considered an asset
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision and/or within a team setting
• Detail orientated and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication, both verbal and written
• Able to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for their work
• Forklift and crane experience (in house training provided)
• Experienced with flatbed loading preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, outlook and excel required
• Receiving experience
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have ability to lift to 50 lbs.
