Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and manage customer orders in the company's system Providing high level support to the sales team Verify order details for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information. Communicate with internal teams, such as sales and customer support and logistics to ensure seamless order processing Follow company standards to maintain high levels of data accuracy and compliance. Provide status updates on orders and assist with resolving discrepancies as needed Assist by providing quotes to customers and responding to inquiries
Qualifications: Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
