About the role

Do you want to work for a company that is rapidly growing and promotes from within? Are you ready to be part of a team where your skills are valued, your creativity is encouraged, and your ideas help shape the future of the business? Triton Canada Inc. is Canada's largest and fastest-growing provider of Criminal Background Checks. For over a decade, Triton has been a leader in pre-employment screening, providing organizations, government agencies, and individuals with access to the fastest and most robust background screening platform in Canada.

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a talented Processing Coordinator who combines exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company and make a direct impact on our brand, lead generation, and overall growth strategy.

Position Overview Reporting directly to the Processing Manager, the Processing Coordinator will play a key role in the coordination and workflows of Triton's processing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Regular duties: Coordinate daily processing workflow to ensure assigned work is prioritized, completed accurately, and progressed within defined turnaround expectations. Reinforce SLA and turnaround-time adherence as a primary day-to-day expectation, ensuring Representatives and Junior Coordinators understand timelines, prioritize work accordingly, and escalate risks before deadlines are missed. Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for processing volume, service complexity, queue demand, and business priorities. Monitor processing queues for volume, aging items, backlog, SLA risk, incomplete information, workflow bottlenecks, quality concerns, and capacity constraints. Distribute work across Representatives, Junior Coordinators, and external agents where applicable to support balanced workload, timely completion, and service-level performance. Support coordination of external agent work, including queue assignment, follow-up, status tracking, quality expectations, and escalation of delays or delivery concerns to the Manager. Support Representatives and Junior Coordinators with process questions, non-standard files, service-specific requirements, escalation triage, and daily execution. Act as the first escalation point for processing issues, errors, exceptions, incomplete files, delayed items, or workflow concerns. Resolve issues at the Coordinator level where within scope, and escalate to the Manager when issues create SLA risk, quality risk, compliance concern, capacity concern, or require broader decision-making. Review processing work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined procedures where quality oversight is required. Track open items, pending files, internal dependencies, external agent dependencies, and escalations to ensure follow-through and prevent dropped work. Identify recurring errors, process gaps, service-specific challenges, quality issues, or workflow risks and bring them to the Manager with clear context and recommended next steps. Coordinate with Client Experience, Applicant Experience, Police Innovations, Product, and other internal teams where processing work requires cross-functional support or handoff. Support the Manager with queue visibility, schedule coverage updates, escalation summaries, backlog status, external agent status, SLA performance, quality trends, and operational performance insights.

Qualifications & Experience Required 4+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience working in a large team environment. French language skills are considered an asset. Experience mentoring or coaching team members is an asset.

Who You Are Passionate working in a cross functional and client driven environment Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, positive, and excited to contribute to a growing organization.
