The Role We are looking for a talented office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Team (60%) and managing the daily onsite workplace experience (40%), while serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. You will work closely with the Executive Team, Operations, and Procurement leaders to ensure seamless operations and a professional, positive workplace experience. The role reports to the Executive assistant. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendar and meeting logistics across various time zones Arrange international travel and accurately prepare and track executive expense reports Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain the reception area Oversee building maintenance requests and manage security access badges Monitor, order, and stock all general office, kitchen, and promotional inventory What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in office administration. Education: Post-secondary education in administrative support, office administration, or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail; a polished and professional demeanor; and a self-starter work ethic with high autonomy. Location This is a 100% onsite role based in Vaughan, ON, with a planned permanent relocation to Markham, ON, in October 2026.
