Our client, a public transit company based in Montreal, is seeking an Employee Attendant for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. You will provide a 360° support experience, ensuring that users receive service of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the premises, in accordance with cleaning contracts.
- Process and respond to service requests via the ServiceNow platform.
- Prepare and rearrange meeting rooms as needed.
- Check daily that meeting rooms and common areas are ready for use.
- Ensure that meeting preparation rooms have all necessary equipment.
- Accompany suppliers and service providers on-site (e.g., Shred-It, light fixture replacement, etc.).
- Manage the receipt and distribution of goods to various departments.
- Organize the use of freight elevators and loading docks, as well as the transport and storage of deliveries.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Experience in property management or general services, including coordination of maintenance activities and strong technological skills, is a major asset.
- Bilingual (intermediate English) – essential to handle all requests within the coverage area (tests to be completed).
- College diploma in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to attend on-site training and then be present 1–2 times per week.
- Ability to work between 27.5 and 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: $21–$23 per hour
Schedule: Day shift, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Status: 12-month temporary contract, with possibility of extension
