  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BOLs), packing slips and export paperwork (as required).

  • Create and print daily shipping labels for forklift operators

  • Schedule carrier pickups, confirm appointments, and proactively communicate any delays or changes

  • Ensure all shipments are complete, accurate, and meet customer delivery requirements

  • Support resolution of shipping discrepancies (short shipments, damages, missing documentation)

  • Perform and support cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for shipping and administrative records.

  • Assist with traceability, audit documentation, and compliance requirements

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

  • Create, track, and manage purchases (POs)

  • Verify and reconcile invoices and purchase orders

  • Assist with receiving documentation and inventory-related records

  • Support internal teams with billing inquiries and documentation requests

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, reporting, and document management

  • Act as a key communication point

    • Answer phone calls and radio communications
    • Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and vendors
    • Assisting with walk-in customers
  • Work collaboratively with operations plant and bog operations, quality, sales and logistics teams to support daily operations

  • Ordering supplies

  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following all site safety procedures and standards

  • Perform other duties as required to support operations

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels (employees, customers, vendors)

  • Strong computer skills and comfort with administrative and inventory systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities

  • Previous experience in shipping/logistics and with invoicing
