Position Responsibilities

Here's What Your Day-to-day Looks Like

Primary focused on maintaining accurate financial records, including tracking income and expenses, reconciling bank statements monthly, recording intercompany transactions Managing accounts payable accounts Entering financial data into QuickBooks Online and preparing financial statements

Skills and Qualifications

Post-secondary education in business, finance or accounting, preferably with 5-10 years experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required Proficient in the general use of computers, particularly with Sage, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, and mathematic skills Time management and communication skills Strong work ethic and self-motivated
